  3. School of Photography.com provides course material delivery in the form of images, text and pdf files in a private area of the website. Access to this area is subject to:
    1. Payment in full of the appropriate fee(s) and VAT (as applicable) as stated on the website at the time of sale
    2. The completion of the registration form provided for this use with the name of the person enrolling in the courses relating to the fees paid.
    3. The student must log into their course a minimum once each year.
    4. Courses may be taken for up to 2 years provided the student has logged into the course as above.
  4. Payment may be made by:
    1. PayPal In US$, AUS$, CAN$ or the Euro.
    2. Clickbank in your choice of currency.
    3. Mail using Irish Euro cheques or US$, Euro or GB bank drafts only.
  5. School of Photography.com (SOP) cannot guarantee that these external online payment services will accept all users of their respective websites nor their continued availability in any or all currencies. Online payment providers may changed without notice.
  6. It is the responsibility of the payee to ensure to keep a printed copy of all payments with full details including the personal details of the registered person, course, fees, transaction identifiers and other important information.
  7. On verified cleared payment; registration details will be sent to the email address given by the registered person on the registration form normally within 1 working day.
  8. It is the responsibility of the registered person to ensure that the email address supplied is valid and is able to received emails from SOP. It is the responsibility of the registered person to inform SOP of any changes of contact details.
  9. The registration details, and any course material or services provided thereby, are for use by the registered named person only and may not be sold, rented or otherwise transferred onto or used by any other person or entity. It is the responsibility of the registered person to ensure that any confidential material provided by the school remain confidential.
  10. Personal Information
  11. You agree that, in relation to information, which we hold on you and/or the registered named person from time to time, we may:
    1. Use your information to provide the Materials to you and otherwise perform our obligations and enforce our rights under these Terms and Conditions;
    2. Use your information to inform you about our other courses, products or services which may be of interest to you.

  12. Enquiries and Cancellations
  13. SOP endeavor to reply to all phone and email queries within 2 working days.
  14. Cancellation of course may be made within 2 days of email notification of course registration details sent to the registered person. The time period commences when the registration details are sent by SOP, and not when received or displayed by the registered person.
  15. Refunds are only available subject to the following conditions:
    1. The refund is within the cancellation time period above and
    2. The course assignments, projects or other course work provided by SOP for the registered person have not been submitted or attempted by the registered person.
  16. Partial refunds may be made available subject to exceptional circumstances and at SOP sole discretion.

  18. SOP provide a 128 bit HTTPS security standard on the website.
  19. While every effort is made to safeguard the payment transaction and storage of registered person details, it is agreed that SOP cannot be held responsible for the security of external payment provider systems.
